Five sites have all been purchased and the construction of facilities at Stanhope Gardens commenced in July 2019, with the remaining to be rolled out every one to two years after. In October 2020 we had the joy of seeing the new facility at Stanhope Gardens officially opened by Archbishop Glenn Davies. We are also excited with work having commenced at Hope Anglican Church, Leppington.
We estimate the cost for each to be $5M – for each project NCNC will need to raise $2.5M.
In the north-west and south-west growth corridor, over the next 18 years over 100 people per day will move in for the next 18 years . That is more than 750 people per week! 33 homes per day or 231 homes per week will be built. In the south-west area alone, we will see a population larger than the Central Coast of NSW move there in that period, together with those already here.
These staggering numbers need a staggering solution, can you help us to serve those who are ministering in these areas to have church homes for their local communities?
