Leaving a gift in your Will

Think
Think about the types of things you have in your estate. This will include things like your home and other real estate you own. Any savings and investments you may have.
Consider
Consider who you want to provide for in your Will. Do you need any special considerations. What organisations are close to your heart and you are passionate about.
Type of bequest you would like to make
Consider what type of bequest you would like to make.
Three of the most common types are:
- A percentage of your entire estate or what’s left after you have provided for other people.
- The residue or remainder of your estate after all other bequests have been distributed and liabilities paid.
- A specific gift of an amount of money, or property, shares, stocks, art or other personal property.
Wording to use if you wish to give a percent of your estate to NCNC
“I give and bequeath ____ per cent of my estate to NCNC Funds Ltd (ABN No: 37 606 270 357) of Level 2, St Andrew's House, 464-480 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000, for its general purposes and declare that the receipt of the Cheif Executive Officer at the time shall be sufficient discharge of my executor’s duty.”
Wording to use if you wish to give the remainder of your estate to NCNC
“After the foregoing provisions of my Will for my family and friends have been carried out I give the rest and residue of whatever kind of my estate remaining for the general purposes of NCNC Funds Ltd (ABN 37 606 270 357 ) of Level 2, St Andrew's House, 464-480 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and declare that the receipt of the Chief Executive Officer at the time shall be sufficient discharge of my executor’s duty.”
Wording if you wish to give a specific amount to NCNC
“I give and bequeath the SUM of $________ to NCNC Funds Ltd (General) (ABN 37 606 270 357) of Level 2, St Andrew's House, 464-480 Kent St, Sydney NSW 2000 for its general purposes and declare that the receipt of the Cheif Executive Officer at the time shall be sufficient discharge of my executor’s duty.”
